WHAT YOU’LL LEARN BY USING THIS WORKBOOK:

This workbook was written based on the process used by Casey Blake through her transition. Through reading and working through this workbook, you should have a better understanding of who you are and what actionable steps are needed next for your transition.

  • Coming to terms with who you are
  • Preparing to come out and transition
  • How to come out to your friends and family
  • The pros & cons of hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
  • How to find a gender therapy
  • Creating a look that’s passable
  • What it takes to get the voice you want
  • An overview of the surgical options available to you
  • How to build a 5 year plan

WHO IS THIS WORKBOOK FOR?

The purpose of this series is to help transgender individuals explore transition options. Key enthuses on options. I’m a huge advocate that every step is optional. The only person who knows what’s right for you is you. So let’s empower your ability to determine your future and make these decisions into bite sizes.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

She started her journey towards transitioning back in 2012. As most would say, every road has a few bumps, Casey’s story is one filled with many. Since coming out her life has changed in so many positive ways and even the not so easy parts have shaped her life into the gloriousness it is today. As a child, she always felt uneasy with herself without any concept of why. Rewinding back to 2012, she crossdressed for Halloween as a joke with some friends resulting in her becoming an emotional mess. Within a month Casey was painting her nails, growing out her hair, and wearing electric blue eyeliner to high school. From there on the snowball started to gather speed and her androgynous phase turned into gender therapy then ultimately to her male-to-female transition.
